Mwanza City Youth Sports Academy [MCYSA] ni kituo cha michezo kwa vijana wenye umri wa miaka 7 hadi 18 kilichoanzishwa mtaa wa Nyambiti,Kata ya Buzuruga,Wilaya ya ilemela katika Jiji la Mwanza kikiwa na malengo ya kugundua,kukuza na kuendeleza na kisha kutambulisha vipaji vya vijana kwenye soko la ajira.

Malengo yetu ni kuwa kituo kikubwa cha michezo sio tu ndania ya jiji la mwanza pekee bali Tanzania nzima na Afrika kwa ujumla.Japo kwasasa vijana wengi tulionao ni kutoka kata ya Buzuruga na kata za jirani kama Mabatini na Nyakato lakini mpango uliopo ni kuwafikia vijana wa jiji zima la Mwanza na baadae Tanzania nzima.

Mwanzo umekuwa mgumu na changamoto ni nyingi mno,hasa changamoto ya viwanja vya michezo na  vifaa vyake kama vile Mipira na Jezi lakini pia vifaa vya kufanyia mazoezi kama Bips na Cones kwa michezo ya Soka,Pete,Kikapu na Wavu.

Man City ready to splash £100m on Alexis Sanchez and Kyle Walker

Man City confident of landing Sanchez, Walker

Manchester City are moving aggressively to avoid another season like the one that has just passed, with the Mirror claiming the club's owners probably will hand Pep Guardiola Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez and Tottenham full-backKyle Walker.

The report details how City hope to land both for around £100 million to transform them into title contenders.

City believe they can beat Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain to land the Chilean after he knocked back the Gunners' £250,000-per-week offer to extend his deal at the Emirates. Reports in Chile, however, have suggested that Sanchez's agent travelled to Munich to celebrate Arturo Vidal's 30th birthday on Monday and sound out the possibility of his client joining Bayern for a reported €58m fee and €13m annual salary.

Both players appear to available at the right price and City are likely to land the pair for £50m apiece with Walker's pace from full-back seemingly a vital part of the summer rebuild.

Real Madrid seal deal for young Brazilian star Vinicius Junior

Real Madrid have completed their move for promising Brazilian youngster Vinicius Junior from Flamengo.

Madrid announced they had signed the 16-year-old on Tuesday, effective in July 2018 when the forward turns 18. FIFA youth transfer regulations do not allow international transfers of players under 18, with few exceptions.

The plan is for Vinicius to remain with Flamengo for another year after until 2019, but he can move to Madrid earlier if both sides agree, the Spanish club said in a statement.

Details were not immediately announced, but reports placed the transfer fee at €45 million. That would make Vinicius the most expensive Brazilian signing since Neymar joined Barcelona in 2013 for €57.1m, a figure that's the subject of an ongoing court case.

Vinicius made his senior professional club debut for Flamengo earlier this month, after already starring for Brazil in March at the 2017 South American Under-17 championship, where he was the top scorer and player of the tournament.

He only renewed his contract with Flamengo last week after reportedlyundergoing a medical at Madrid's behest.

Madrid called Vinicius "a skillful, pacy attacker who is able to go past players and has an eye for goal," and "one of the brighest emerging talents in world football." Flamengo directors said Madrid had been following the player since he was 11 years old.

Barcelona had previously been heavily linked with a move and the club's South American representative Andre Cury had reportedly been involved inpreliminary talks with Flamengo and Vinicius' agents at Traffic.

Mundo Deportivo reported last week that Blancos president Florentino Perez had successfully done the deal using experienced agent and Neymar advisor Wagner Ribeiro, and gained "revenge" on Barca by agreeing to pay €45m to Flamengo plus an extra €17m to other various parties involved

Kelechi Iheanacho 'happy to stay at Manchester City and keep fighting'

Kelechi Iheanacho is ignoring the speculation over his future and intends to start next season as a Manchester City player.

Speculation has increased over the striker's future after he slipped down the pecking order at City following the arrival of Gabriel Jesus in January.

Premier League sides West Bromwich Albion, West Ham United and Leicester City have all been linked with moves for the 20-year-old along with Bundesliga sides Hoffenheim and Borussia Dortmund with City reportedly ready to listen to offers of around £20 million.

However, Iheanacho told reporters that he expects to be part of City's preseason tour party for the United States in July.

Asked about the transfer speculation, he said: "I'm not very aware of that. I just keep working with the team and I'm still at Manchester City so I'll meet up with the boys and kick off the season with Manchester City.

"I'm happy to stay at Manchester City and keep fighting to help them achieve what they want to achieve."

Iheanacho has seven goals in all competitions this season but has played just 130 minutes in the Premier League since the turn of the year when Gabriel joined the first team squad.

"Manchester City is a big team and we need to go far as a squad so we need everybody," Iheanacho added.

"Of course everyone is competing but we compete as a team. The manager can only pick 11 players so everyone is working, doing well and giving 100 percent. So we keep working and see what comes around next season."

Iheanacho says he has enjoyed his first season working under manager Pep Guardiola and expects the team to be more competitive in the new campaign.

"He's a great manager. He's one of the best managers in the world -- probably the best -- so I've learnt, he's taught me a lot," he said.

"He knows football so I'm happy to be his player and to play for him in the team. I'm happy he's my manager. I'm very, very lucky to have him as my manager in the team.

"We don't have silverware this season so of course there's going to be a bit of disappointment. We finished very well this season in the top four and qualified for the Champions League next season.

"The Premier League is not easy. Next season we're going to come back stronger and it's going to be a better season from us."
